We didn't understand a single word spoken at Ivette and Kevin's wedding. Every vow, every speech, every blessing was in Spanish. But somehow, we understood everything.

The way Kevin's hand never left Ivette's. The laughter that needed no translation. The traditions woven into every detail. The family who welcomed us not as photographers, but as guests.

They trusted us with one of the most important days of their lives, even across the barrier of language. And in return, they taught us something we'll never forget: love doesn't need words. It shows itself in glances, in gestures, in the way two people hold each other when no one else is watching.

This is the wedding that changed how we see our work. We stopped photographing events and started documenting the truth of what's actually there.
